At Premium Placement Agency, our mission is to help enrich the lives of every client. Whether it be for a three day quick excursion, a week for spring cleaning, or a year round companion/personal assistant we offer several different subscription packages. Our agents are skilled in many various backgrounds and can be utilized for more than the typical live-in housekeeper. Our agency is geared toward creating a platform for Male Enrichment Agents. While the housekeeping industry is primarily made up of women, our goal is to expand the general housekeeping to include many various skills and abilities while encouraging the Male career placement.
We take a personalized approach to recruitment, getting to know each candidate and employer to ensure a good fit. We hold many interviews and require a detailed application and profile for each agent. Our agents are subject to background checks, NDA's, Non-Compete Agreements, and other compliance agreements. Clients must submit to a background check, financial obligation check*, and our rules and regulations regarding the employment of our agents. A one time non-refundable application fee is required to become a new client and the chosen/customized subscription fee. No other fees will be charged, unless utilizing overtime hours based on state law.
Our Life Enrichment Agents are men between the ages of 18-30, who are skilled in many various tasks and responsibilities. Our enrichment agents are hired on a live-in basis, either committed (6 consecutive months) or non-committed (less than 6 months consecutively). We complete a rigorous hiring process and require the agents to uphold to excelled standards while working with our high profile clients. We pride ourselves on committing to confidentiality and professionalism while extended in your home or business. Our agents are prepared to handle much more than just the average live in housekeeper, companion care, or professional assistant placement. You can utilize them however needed to provide enrichment in your life; whether it's a housekeeper on Monday, pool and lawn care on Tuesday, or someone to help carry the skis in Aspen on a whimsical weekend getaway. While the maid industry is excelling, males make up only 15% of the workforce, and even less as live-ins. We are hoping to increase that- allowing the opportunity to expand general housekeeping duties and provide exceptional enrichment in the lives of others.
Having an LEA replaces the need for lawn care service, housekeeping, pool boy, companion care, personal assistant, errand runner, chauffeur, house/pet sitter, and so much more! Our client's have been able to accomplish additional progress with the added support they receive from their LEAs. Whether you're needing an extra professional hand, would benefit from having added male presence, or are just wanting a live in companion, our services are arranged to equip many different needs and wants. Weekend warriors are hired for a 3-day span. You may hire them for any days of the week, not just weekends! Perfect for a small project, escort to a business retreat, or utilizing a little extra man power around the house.
5 Day Placement is ideal for when your business is needing a little extra support during the week or you've decided to tackle the honey do list. Hiring an agent for 5 days may just get you to that goal.
Weekly placements are offered for 7 days, as well. Perfect for a companion to sit with a loved one while you enjoy a week walking the sandy beach! Placements less than 6 months consecutively are not eligible for full time benefits.
6 month committed placement is designed for full time placement. This allows the certainty of having a long term position as well as added benefits at full time status.
*5% Discount for Paying in Full at start of placement. 5% Discount on hiring multiple agents!
Clients may hire agents for a committed year placement that is designed for long term placement and the eligibility of full time status. This is perfect for those who are looking to build a long term relationship and committed enrichment to your lifestyle or business.
Travel companions may be hired for local and long distance travel and for any length of time you desire. If hiring an agent for more than 6 months consecutively the agent may become eligible for full time status.
Car travel only at this time. Simple pricing. **PREMIUM SERVICE! We don't rideshare.**
$2/Mile from our office, charging one way mileage.
Hotel & per diem ($150)/night customized based on mileage and current traveling conditions.
Additional pets $250 flat rate per pet.
Currently accepting animals of "Large Dog" size or smaller.
